The most amazing thing about working in a business like Blossom Sweets is that every single day is different and their is very little chance for complacency.Unlike a hotel or restaurant we do not follow the same routine daily. Sure the same products head to the store but even then, if we are testing recipes we have the ability to send them along and hope someone will try our handy work. The beauty though is the Customised cakes. Every single day we get dozens of orders and we never know until the next person walks through the door or sends us an email as to what exactly it is we will be doing next. One minute we are designer handbags , the next a Grand Prix race car, a wedding cake or even a wedding dress out of cake....
It is amazing to head to work every single day and be excited for what lays before you and what order you might receive next....to give you and idea of the amazing orders we receive, here are some of this past weeks most incredible creations by myself and the team at Blossom Sweets kitchen...they truly make me very proud...
