PINK-TOBER is one of the BIG events for the Peninsula Manila Hotel. We have many , but PinkTober is special because it is for a great cause as well, raising money to fight the battle against breast cancer and to raise awareness of the disease.
As a pastry chef, I loved the concept of this event because we needed to create themed, desserts, themed buffets and well, ALL THINGS PINK for the month.
We are steadfastly on the countdown until PINKTOBER, with just days to go.
Our Pink cookies with ribbons are ready for the Lobby lounge, the PEN BOUTIQUE where our famous breads, pastries and cakes are on sale will see a election of pink dessert treats, guests in house will receive Pink amenities and the afternoon tea buffet will go PINK along with the High Tea Set as well.
